CANCELLATION
Swin has a no cancellation policy. No cancellation will be given for any reason.
This policy includes cancellations for any reason, as well as requests for changes in shipping addresses. If a package is not delivered due to an inaccurate address provided by the customer at the time of purchase Swin is not responsible for a replacement, refund, or credit.
Swin does not offer refunds for online purchases that wish to be cancelled before a label is created. Swin will credit the customer's online account in full in lieu of a refund going back onto the card used to initially purchase. If an account wasn't created at the time of initial purchase, the customer must create an account in order to receive the online store credit.
If a package was shipped to a wrong address input by you at checkout, it is up to you to retrieve the package.
